Information and Consent Regarding the Use of Trade Name and Logo
Membership

Turkish Dutch Business Platform (vereniging, registered in the Netherlands, hereinafter referred to as the "Association")

As part of its activities and for the purpose of showcasing its members and ensuring corporate visibility, the Association may use the trade names and logos of its founding members in the following contexts:

  • at galas and similar events organized by the Association (including on screens, presentations, visual materials, social media posts, and similar communications); and
  • on the Association's official website, under sections titled "Members" or similar headings, in a manner indicating the member's status as a founding member.

Consent

Use of a member's trade name and/or logo by the Association requires the member's prior express consent. During the membership application process, applicants will be directed to this policy via a hyperlink in the application form. By ticking the designated box on the application form, the applicant expressly consents to the use of its trade name and logo by the Association for the purposes specified above.

Consent is given freely, specifically, and on an informed basis. The Association will maintain a record of each member's consent as provided through the application process.

Scope of Use

The Association acknowledges that all use of members' trade names and logos shall be strictly for representational and informational purposes only and shall not be used for any commercial purpose, nor in any manner that could damage the reputation or interests of the member.

Withdrawal of Consent

A member may withdraw its consent at any time by providing written notice to the Association. Following receipt of such notice, the Association shall cease the use of the relevant trade name and/or logo within a reasonable period, not to exceed thirty (30) days, except where removal is not technically or practically feasible in the short term (e.g., printed materials already in circulation).
