- Identity Data: in particular title, full name, and where required by law (e.g. for directors of TDBP members) identification data such as passport or national identification details, date and place of birth, gender, profession related data such as job title and company name, and similar data.
- Contact Data in particular, work or personal email address and phone numbers and similar data.
- Financial Data in particular, billing address, invoice details, payment references and similar data.
- Technical Data in particular, internet protocol (IP) address, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access this website.

- How We Use Your Personal Data
- Where we need to perform a contract we are about to enter or have entered with you.

- Management of TDBP memberships including new member application processes as well as the referral process, renewal or resignation processes, including the processing of personal data of the Representatives of the TDBP member in compliance with applicable legal and statutory obligations relating to member representatives and directors, and maintaining necessary member and representative registries.
- Conducting necessary communication with the Representative of the TDBP members either as a statutory communication in relation to the activities of the Platform or to inform the Representative of activities and events.
- Management of contact data provided voluntarily by data subjects for TDBP communications on future events and initiatives.
- Management of newsletter subscriptions including the registration, storing of such contact information and execution of newsletters.
- Conducting external communication with Participants, subscribers of newsletters or other external stakeholders through different mediums including but not limited to phone or e-mail communications, to promote activities or events, to inform stakeholders of announcements, or to invite natural persons to TDBP events.
- Management of registration and attendance of online or physical events including the transfer of such data to third party suppliers such as the venue or the event platforms.
- Financial administration of membership or participant fees, or the participation fee of certain TDBP events, including the invoicing and accounting obligations.
- Organizing and conducting online or physical events, official meetings, roundtables, or any other related initiatives including taking photos and videos and publishing such material on TDBP social media platforms i.e. LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, etc.,
- Conducting engagement surveys, satisfaction surveys, other feedback, recommendations, suggestions.
- Statistical and analytical evaluations in relation to membership, participation rate to events, activities or other initiatives, newsletters and all external communication with stakeholders, etc.
- Compliance, investigations, and legal proceedings including ensuring compliance with contractual and legal obligations, investigation, and prosecution of violations of law, internal regulations and other misconduct, including examination of complaints, reports and objections, participation in official investigations and proceedings, the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims of any kind.
